Diamond Woods Golf Course

About
Diamond Woods Golf Course is one of Lane County's newest courses, opened in 1997 between Eugene and Corvallis. The golf course was designed by Greg Doyle and features two distinct nines. The front nine plays mostly on flatter, low-lying ground with water hazards and pine trees, while the back nine trudges up and down a hillside, which creates some dramatic elevated tee shots and even uphill holes. The golf course plays just under 7,000 yards and culminates with a par 5 that is over 600 yards long, from an elevated tee downhill and back up to an elevated green. Although Diamond Woods Golf Course is hilly, it's walker friendly, with tees and greens near each other. The course also features a driving range and small pro shop with a grill, and can accommodate outings and large groups.

THEIFS
I left my club on the course. They found it.I called the next day. They had it they had my name in my phone number.I want to go get it.The club is magically disappeared and the workers like. All it happens.Oh, but I saw you guys sell. No, they just leave. So the workers steal your clubs. It was a beautiful one hundred and forty dollar approach wage taylor made. This will be a $10000 lawsuit. I'm going for everything with this course. You will be giving me a lifetime membership. Of free. Play whenever I want for being thieves and stealing my club. I'm going all the way to the top that worked that I talked to thought it was over. Not even happening, diamond woods will be shut down. After I'm done, they want to steal for me. They probably stole stolen from hundreds of players at that course. This place will be sued and it will be shut down.
Great first round at Diamond Woods
This was my first visit to Diamond Woods. Was invited to go from my father and his buddy, they have both played here several times over the years.
The course was in good condition, from tee box to green. The staff was friendly upon check-in and paying for the round.
I walked, while my father and his buddy had individual carts (Covid times). While I am not a triathlete, I'm not in poor shape and can tell you that at the end of the round it was quite the effort to walk the entire 18. The front 9 wasn't as tough as the back 9 in terms of walking, but there were a few times on the back 9 that I wished I had a cart - or at least put my clubs on one of their carts.
I would certainly play at Diamond Woods again, it was a great track and always nice to find a good one.
They are also military friendly, which is appreciated.
5/5, 10/10, 100/100 to all staff at Diamond Woods - great job!
Great Course!
Played last Monday and the course was in great shape. Can't wait to get back out!
Fun layout
Great/friendly staff make you feel welcomed. The course is generally forgiving, but has plenty of bite!
Very calm/enjoyable round is the forest! Great par 3 holes. If you like a course that has a variety of interesting holes, give Diamond Woods a try!
Great price for what you get. Front 9 very walkable, back 9 you better be in good shape. Only surprise was that they did not have raised cups (per COVID rules).
Must play
Surprised how good of condition, how tough and how good the layout is. Holes go from flat in meadow to extreme slope in forest. Be very careful about reading greens, easy to be fooled. Worth the trip.
well maintained with good mix of interesting holes; great views as well. hilly on the back 9's and level on the front so it offers different aspects.
well maintained with good mix of interesting holes; great views as well. front 9's are level and back 9's are hilly. staff are very friendly. would recommend highly without reservation.
